- 1 c yellow cornmeal
- 1 c flour
- 4 t baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 1 c milk
- 1 pkg Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake per directions. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 9 X 13 and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
