Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin (14 oz.)
- 2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sweetener (like Splenda)
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 T. Reduced calorie margarine
- 1 can evaporated skim milk (14 oz.)
- 1 t. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Allspice
- 1/4 tsp. Cloves
- 1/4 tsp. Ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together all ingredients.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 375F for 40 Minutes.
