  • 1# LEAN GROUND BEEF
  • 1 C CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
  • 1 T PAPRIKA
  • 1 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 2 8 OZ CANS HUNTS TOMATO SAUCE
  • 2 C ELBOW MACARONI, COOKED & DRAINED
  • 1 C SOUR CREAM

Preparation

Step 1

BROWN BEEF IN SKILLET. ADD ONION & GARLIC, COOK UNTIL TENDER, DRAIN FAT. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS & TURN INTO A 2 QT CASSEROLE. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES. MAKES 4 TO 5 SERVINGS.
