- 1# LEAN GROUND BEEF
- 1 C CHOPPED ONION
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
- 1 T PAPRIKA
- 1 1/2 TSP SALT
- 2 8 OZ CANS HUNTS TOMATO SAUCE
- 2 C ELBOW MACARONI, COOKED & DRAINED
- 1 C SOUR CREAM

Step 1
BROWN BEEF IN SKILLET. ADD ONION & GARLIC, COOK UNTIL TENDER, DRAIN FAT. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS & TURN INTO A 2 QT CASSEROLE. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES. MAKES 4 TO 5 SERVINGS.
