Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Applesauce
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax
- 1/3 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1/3 cup shredded Coconut
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Grated Carrots
- 1 cup Oats (we used gluten free)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything in a bowl, rolls into balls and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes and enjoy! Store covered in the refrigerator.
