Ingredients
- 1 container of evaporated milk
- 1 onion
- 2 cups of cornflakes
- 1-2 pounds of turkey
- 1 container of cheese
- 12 skewers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the turkey, 1/4 evaporated milk, the onion, 2/3 cup cornflakes; season with salt and pepper.
Divide into 12 portions. Cut the cheese into 12 small sticks and thread onto each skewer. Wet your hands with the evaporated milk; then mold some meat around each cheese piece, shaping into 3 in ovals.
Pour the remaining milk into a bowl. Add remaining cornflakes to a plate. Dip each drumstick into the milk then coat with cornflakes.
Heat 2 tbs olive oil in large skillet over medium. Heat and fry each until brown (around 12 minutes.)
