Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 large bananas, ripe and mashed
- Topping: banana, sliced
- Syrup baking powder
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs for 2 minutes until frothy. Add flour, baking powder, milk and oil. Stir in bananas. In a hot skillet, pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until edges become dry. Top with banana slices and syrup.
