  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 large bananas, ripe and mashed
  • Topping: banana, sliced
  • Syrup baking powder

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs for 2 minutes until frothy. Add flour, baking powder, milk and oil. Stir in bananas. In a hot skillet, pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until edges become dry. Top with banana slices and syrup.
