Ingredients
- 10-12 baked potatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups Velveeta cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 sticks oleo
Preparation
Step 1
Cut fully baked potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out potato, leaving the shell intact to be filled. Mash potato. Mix in milk, cheese, salt, onion sat, and oleo. Fill potato shells.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
You can freeze and use 1 or 2 at a time.
