Cowboy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 box corn flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Place frozen hash browns evenly In a 9x13-inch greased pan. Mix 1/2 cup butter, melted. with cream o 1 mushroom soup, sour cream and chopped onion Pour mixture over hash browns. Fry 1/2 cup butter and box of com flakes until golden, put on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour
