Ingredients

  • Chicken wing sticks
  • 3 t. salt
  • 2 t. sesame oil
  • 3 T. sugar
  • ½ t. allspice
  • 1 T. white soy sauce
  • 1 T. garlic juice
  • 4 T. water
  • 1 T. cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Knead chicken wings in mixture until moisture is all absorbed into chicken. Roll in cornstarch and deep fry.
