Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb Boneless Chicken
- 1 14 oz cn Tomatoes, diced
- 1 14 oz cn Artichoke Hearts, drained
- 1 Onion, small, chopped
- ½ c Olives, sliced
- 1 c Chicken Broth
- 3 tbsp Tapioca, quick cook
- 2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Thyme
- ½ c White Wine
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put in crock-pot.
Cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
