CARROT SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Lemon or orange jello
  • 1-8 oz Crushed pineapple
  • ½ cup Grated carrots
  • 1 tbsn Chopped green pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pineapple, and add water to juice to make 2 cups liquid, dip out 1 tbsn liquid, heat to boiling, add gelatin and dissolve, chill 20 minutes and add rest of ingredients.

Chill till firm
