Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) packaged fresh sugar snap peas
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

1. Spray cooking spray into skillet over medium-heat, add peas. Saute 2 minutes or just until peas are crisp-tender. Stir in mint, orange rind, and salt.
