Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 C flour
- 3/4 C sugar
- 2 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 C shortening
- 3/4 C milk
- 1 egg
- 2 C blueberries,drained
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/3 C flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 C butter
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375F. Grease round or square pan. Blend all ingredients except blueberries and topping. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Gently fold in blueberries. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake 45 to 50 minutes
