Lemon Supreme Cake

Ingredients

• Cake
• 1 Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake mix
• 1 pkg lemon jello instant pudding mix
• 2/3 C oil
• 3/4 C water
• 4 eggs
• Frosting
• 3 C powdered sugar
• juice from 2-3 lemons

Preparation

Step 1

Cake

In lg mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil and water and beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into greased and floured long pan or 9" round pans and bake at 350 for 1 hr. When you remove from oven, make frosting and pour over cake while hot.

Frosting

Mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice. Punch holes in cake w/toothpick before pouring on frosting.
