Ingredients

  • 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 small onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted tomato paste
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
  • 6 tsp no salt ketchup
  • 4 leaves romaine leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Combine turkey, onion, tomato paste, garlc, oregano, basil . Form into 4 patties. Heat oil and cook patties 10 minutes turning once. Top each pattie with one slice cheese and cover to melt. Asssemble burgers on buns with ketchup and romaine lettuce. Serve with carrot and caulifower salad
