Ingredients
- 3 chopped green onions
- 3 stalks celery, chopped, some leaves
- 2 grated carrots
- 1/4 c butter/oleo
- 3 small potatoes, chopped, small
- 2- 10 3/4 can chix broth
- 3- 10 3/4 can condensed potato soup
- 8 oz grated yellow cheese
- parsley flakes
- salt and coarse ground pepper
- 1/8 t. tabasco
- 8 oz sour cream
- 3 T. sherry
Preparation
Step 1
Saute green onion, celery, carrots in butter. Add potatoes and chix broth and simmer 30 minutes. Add potato soup, cheese, parsley flakes, salt, pepper, tabasco. Add sour cream and simmer 15 minutes. Add, stir, and serve.
