Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp. grated orange zest
- 2 tbsp. cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
- 2 tbsp. AP flour
- Noodles
- Bean sprouts
- Peas-Onions-Mushrooms-Carrots, etc.
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the OJ thru brown sugar - mix well. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, cook through. Remove from pan, cook vegetables. Add chicken to vegetables. Add OJ mix until it begins to bubble. Add flour, a little at a time, until sauce thickens to my liking. Add bean sprouts to warm.
