Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. raw shrimp,peeled
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic,crushed
- 1/3 cup white wine
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter with olive oil in frying pan;add garlic and saute' until lightly golden. Add wine and cook about 10 minutes. Add shrimp,salt and pepper to taste and cook until shrimp are pink. Add lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.
