Ingredients
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 C milk
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 C cheddar
- 3 T vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix with spoon, do NOT use a mixer.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 450 for 35- 40 minutes.
