  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 C milk
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 C cheddar
  • 3 T vegetable oil

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Mix with spoon, do NOT use a mixer.

Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 450 for 35- 40 minutes.
