Ingredients
- 2 lb. 75% to 80% lean ground
- pork
- 2 T. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 T. onion, chopped
- 12 hamburger buns
Preparation
Step 1
Brown pork and drain. Combine remaining ingredients and add pork. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve on a bun
