Ingredients

  • 2 OZ. Butter
  • Pepper and salt
  • 3-4 egg yolks
  • 10 oz, liquid heavy cream
  • 1 lb. fettucine noodles, cooked
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1


Into a frying pan, pour 2 oz. of butter. Let it melt, then add salt and pepper (ground black pepper.) Into a separate dish, drop 3-4 egg yolks and whip together with 10 oz. heavy cream. Pour the mixture into the skillet along with the noodles (well drained) and twist several times. Pour over a good amount of grated Parmesan and then toss the entire amount for a short time.
