Lemon Dainties

A very soft, moist cookie. Recipe was given to me by a good friend and a wonderful volunteer, Daisy B.

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 2 cups thawed Cool Whip
• 1 egg
• Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix egg and Cool Whip with dry cake mix and drop by spoonfuls into powdered sugar. Roll the balls and bake on greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. They do NOT brown on top.
