Tomato and Tuna Pasta

Ingredients

  • 3 cups marinara
  • 2 6 oz. cans tuna
  • 1 T drained capers
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 T parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • pasta

Preparation

Step 1

In a large heavy skillet, combine sauce, tuna, capers and zest. Simmer about 5 minutes to blend and break tuna into chunks. Stir in parsley and salt and pepper.
