Ingredients
- 1 ½ c Orzo Pasta
- 1 6 oz cn Artichoke, drained, save liquid
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1 Red Onion, chopped
- 1 c Feta Cheese
- 1 2 oz cn Black Olives, sliced
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ c Olive Oil Italian Dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Cook orzo, drain.
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Add orzo, mix well.
Chill for 1 hour.
