Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teas. lemon zest
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 teas. chopped tarragon
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into strips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together lemon juice, zest, garlic, oil, mustard, tarragon, salt and pepper. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture. Place chicken in large zip-top bag and pour remaining mixture into bag. Seal bag and marinate for 1-4 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill along with peppers.
