Lisa's Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup mayo
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese
  • 2 - 3 dashes hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375
Drain artichokes and chop into small pieces. Place in a mixing bowl. Add garlic, lemon, hot sauce and half of cheese. Add mayo a little at a time until it looks creamy.
Pour into baking dish and cover with remaining cheese. Bake 35 - 45 minute until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with cracker and pitas
