Black Pepper Balsamic Pork

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 6 Tbsp Balsamic Vinager
  • 6 Tbsp Chicken Broth

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook for 5 minutes on each side in olive oil. Remove and add vinager & broth to the pan. Scrape the brown bits from the pan. Boil until thick. Return to the pan to coat and finish cooking pork chops.
