Ingredients
- 3 T butter
- 1 1/4 # mushrooms, scliced
- 3 green onions, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 shallots, minced
- 1 3/4 t oregano
- 1 3/4 t basil
- 1 unbaked piecrust
- 3/4 t marjoram
- 3/4 t pepper
- 1/4 t thyme
- 1/2 t dry mustard
- 4 eggs
- 3/4c milk
- 1 1/4 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Saute mushrooms, onions, garlic, & shallots.
Stir in seasonings, cook 2 min til liquid is evaporated.
Let cool 5 min.
Combine eggs & milk, beat well.
Stir in mushroom mixture & pour into crust.
Bake till filling is puffed, set & starting to brown, about 35-45 min @ 375.
