Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together; pour into square baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or until firm in center.
