Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 10 oz frozen chopped spinach- thawed and drained
• 1 box Knorr's vegetable soup mix
• 1 med onion- finely chopped
• 1 c mayo
• 1 1/3c sour cream
• 1 small can water chestnuts chopped (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients, refridgerate at least 1 hour

Serve with pumpernickel bread and/or crackers
