Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked
- 1 an (10 1/2 oz) condensed chicken broth
- 1 broth can of water
- 1 tsp. Dried thyme
- 2 red apples, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add chops. Cook on med- high heat, 4 min. each side. Add on mushrooms, dressing and cook 3 minutes. Stir in rice, broth, water, apples and thyme. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 10 minutes.
