Ingredients
- 1 cup of cherry juice
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup of ruby port
- 1 Orange (Juiced and sliced with slices to simmer in reduction)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 cardamom pods
- 2 star anise
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer on high heat until liquid reduced by 1/3. Then continue to simmer on very low heat for an additional hour.
