  • 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp oregeno
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup red wine

mix and marinate overnight

save juice and boil down into a reduction

cook pork to 160. on BBQ

20 minutes per side
