Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup water
- 10 tablespoons bacon fat, melted
- 5 cup whole wheat flour
Preparation
Step 1
First, preheat your oven to 350º F and grease your cookie sheet.
In a good size bowl, beat the 2 eggs. Stir in the water, bacon fat and milk until everything is well blended.
Slowly stir in the flour until you have a nice, stiff dough.
Using your hands, roll the dough into 2 inch balls.
Place the balls on the lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool & Serve!
By the way, you’re going to want to store these bacon-flavored biscuits in the fridge.
