- 8 OZ SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 1/4 C RED WINE
- 1 PKG BROWN GRAVY MIX
- AMOUNT OF WATER ON GRAVY MIX INSTRUCTIONS LESS 1/4 CUP
Preparation
Step 1
MELT BUTTER IN POT.
COARSELY CHOP MUSHROOMS.
ADD MUSHROOMS TO MELTED BUTTER AND RAISE HEAT TO MED-HIGH.
COOK, STIRRING FREQUENTLY UNTIL MUSHROOMS RELEASE LIQUID (2-3 MINUTES).
ADD WINE, STIR AND COOK 1 MINUTE.
ADD WATER AND GRAVY MIX.
WHISK CONSTANTLY UNTIL IT BOILS.
