Rhubarb Cobbler

Ingredients

  • Sprinkle on rhubarb:
  • 4 cups Rhubarb cut and placed in 9" baking dish
  • 2 Tbsp water, 2 cups sugar and 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 C butter, 1/2 C Brown Sugar, 1 Cup Flour
  • Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.
  • Top with vanilla ice cream and serve….
