Carmel Corn

Ingredients

  • 1Cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 cups brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tsp.salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 Qt. popped corn or (24 cups)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter stir into syrup, sugar, salt, and bring to a boil, stiring constanlt. Boil without stiring for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat stir in soda & vanilla. Gradually pour over popcorn. Mix well, put on a baking sheet that haas been sprayed ot a non stick. Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min. Remove from over and cool. Eat & Enjoy.
