  • 1/3 cup of softened butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1-1/2 cup of flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Rind of 1 lemon
  • Topping
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup of sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Bake for 50 minutes at 350.

Pour topping onto warm bread.
