Ingredients
- 9 c frozen rhubarb, thawed & drained
- 1 c dried cranberries
- 1/3 c cranberry juice
- 2 Y cornstarch
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 3 T lemon juice>> combine, place in a 3 qt baking dish
- 3/4 c flour
- 1/2 c Grape Nuts cereal
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 t salt >>>>>>>>>combine
- 8 T butter, chilled & cut into small pieces >cut into
- flour>>coarse meal. Scrape onto fruit
Preparation
Step 1
Place dish on a rimmed baking sheet to catch drips.
Bake 1 hour @ 350, til top is browned & fruit is bubbly.
Top w/ frozen yogurt if desired.
Per serving:
