Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. small red potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cut potatoes into slices and toss with oil. Place in a single layer in a greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. cover tightly with foil alnd bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until tender
