Cauliflower Rice

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 T. butter (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Using a food processor, process fresh cauliflower until it is the size of rice, either using the plain steel blade or the shredder blade. (You can also shred it with a hand-held grater.) Use in place of rice in any recipe.
