Pineapple Icebox Dessert

Ingredients

  • Fold in:
  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Let stand 1/2 hour.
  • In a large bowl, mix 1 can of evaporated milk which has been thoroughly chilled with an electric mixer.
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • Fold in Jello Mixture.

Preparation

Step 1

Pour over graham cracker bottom.
(2 cups crumbs, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4-1/2 block margarine)
