1 pkg lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
Let stand ½ hour.
In a large bowl, mix 1 can of evaporated milk which has been thoroughly chilled with an electric mixer.
¾ cup white sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
Fold in Jello Mixture.
Pour over graham cracker bottom. (2 cups crumbs, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4-1/2 block margarine)
