Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 # ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1 3/8 oz envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms, drained (optional)
- 1 8 oz pkg uncooked egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat in dutch oven and drain well
2. Stir in salt, pepper, onion soup mix, and water. Simmer uncovered for 15 min.
3. Add mushrooms and noodles. Cover; cook until noodles are tender, for about 20-25 min.
4. Stir in sour cream and heat gently.
