• 3T butter
• 12 mushrooms>>saute til tender
• 1Tsour cream
• 5oz whipping cream
• 1 1/2oz sherry (areful, it's flamable)
• 1T garlic seasoning
• 1t Lawry's seasoning>>>add, saute until it thickens
