Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 Tblsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, sugar, and egg. Add rest of ingredients and drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet. Mix 1 Tblsp sugar and nutmeg together and sprinkle on top of each cookie before baking. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
