Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Beef Stew Meat
- 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups Beef Broth
- 2 Potatoes, Diced
- 4 Carrots, Sliced
- 1 Celery Stalk, Chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Coat meat in flour and season with salt & pepper. Place in slow cooker. Layer other ingredients on top. Cover and cook 10 hours on low (high 4-6 hours). Serve with Irish Soda Bread.
